Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Proconix (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in the My Drawings mobile app. It applies to workers and supervisors who sign in with a company host code.

Who we are

Proconix operates the My Drawings service at proconix.uk. Contact: info@proconix.uk or rdemian732@gmail.com, telephone 07892 912600.

Data we collect

• Account: first name, last name, email address, host access code.
• Sign-in: a one-time 4-digit key sent to your email; a session token stored on your device.
• Notifications: a device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can tell you when a drawing is added or updated.
• Usage needed to run the app: which company/project you belong to, and drawings you open or download.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos from your camera roll, advertising IDs, or analytics for marketing.

Why we use it

• to create and verify your account;
• to show only the drawings for your company and project;
• to send optional push notifications about new or updated PDFs;
• to keep the service secure and fix access problems.

The legal basis is performance of a contract (access to your employer’s drawings) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service. Where required we rely on your consent for notifications.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• your company administrators (so they can manage access);
• our hosting and email providers, only as needed to run the service;
• Google Firebase, to deliver push notifications on iOS and Android.

Storage and retention

Account and drawing data are stored on servers we operate for Proconix. We keep your account while you (or your company) use My Drawings, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires a longer period. PDFs you download stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Your rights

Depending on UK GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, or object to certain processing. To delete your My Drawings account, follow the steps on Delete your My Drawings account, or use Delete my account in the app. Email info@proconix.uk or rdemian732@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Children

My Drawings is for adult site workers and supervisors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you have read the new policy.
