Delete your My Drawings account

This page is for the My Drawings app published by Roman Demian / Proconix. Use it to request deletion of your worker account and the personal data linked to it.

Option 1 — delete in the app (fastest)

Open the My Drawings app and sign in.
Tap the menu (⋯) on the drawings screen, or open App info.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email info@proconix.uk from the same address you use in My Drawings.

Subject: My Drawings account deletion
Include your full name, the email on the account, and the company host code (for example 2026AA).
We will delete the account within 14 days and confirm by email.

Data we delete

Your worker account: first name, last name, email
Sign-in data: PIN hashes, session tokens, device tokens
Push notification tokens (Firebase)
Local drawings and wall-type files stored on your phone (removed when you delete the account in the app or uninstall My Drawings)

Data we keep

Company drawings, PDFs, and wall types — these belong to your employer, not to your personal account. Deleting your account does not remove the company catalog.
Short security logs (for example that a deletion happened) may be kept for up to 90 days, then removed or anonymised.
We may keep a record longer only where UK law requires it (for example tax or legal claims).

After deletion

You will not be able to sign in. To use My Drawings again you need a new registration with your company host code. This does not cancel any separate contract your employer has with Proconix.
